Technical documents available for review
Revisions to the initial plans for Highland Village Green have been ongoing throughout the technical review process, from December 2014 to March 30, 2016. With the Calgary Planning Applications Group’s decision to recommend approval of the plan by the Calgary Planning Commission, the latest revisions to the plan have been incorporated.
You can view the latest technical documents here, including the April 2016 version of the Outline Plan, maps showing the impact of the Green Line, Transportation Impact Assessments and examples of the site design.

Updates to FAQs

Response to Community Association form letter
The Highland Park Community Association recently developed a form letter for the community to raise questions about the Highland Golf Course development. The reImagining project team provided the following response to address the Community Association’s questions.

Plan receives CPAG decision
On March 31, 2016 the Calgary Planning Applications Group (CPAG) made a Calgary Planning Commission (CPC) decision to recommend the application for the development of Highland Village Green. The approved proposed plan includes reduced heights for the buildings along Centre Street North (from 18 to 15 storeys) and changes to building heights, setbacks and buffers to integrate more sensitively with the community. More information on these changes will be posted in coming days.
The plan will be presented to the CPC on May 5.

City of Calgary Information Session March 14
The City of Calgary has scheduled a public information session to discuss the amended proposal and outline plan for development of the former Highland Golf Course. This event will be held on Monday, March 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Highland Park Community Centre (3716 2 St NW, Calgary).
Representatives from the reImagining project team will also be in attendance to share information and answer questions.
